- Delivery Area
We currently only ship within the United States, including the 50 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.
International shipping or direct shipping to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) is not currently supported.
- Delivery Time
Order Processing Time: After receiving your order, we will process and ship it within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays).
Shipping Time: Depending on the delivery address, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Slight delays may occur in some remote areas.
During peak periods or in special circumstances (such as severe weather or logistics delays), delivery times may be longer. We will notify customers via email or SMS.

- Delivery and Loss
Some orders may require the recipient’s signature to ensure safe delivery.
If the logistics company shows the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service immediately, and we will assist in the investigation and handling.
We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect addresses or inability to contact customers.
