RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Thank you for choosing QING KONG KITCHEN INC! We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow our refund and return policy:

  1. Return Conditions
    Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receiving the goods.

The goods must be in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

Customized items, promotional items, or gift sets may not be eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.

A return request requires your order number and proof of purchase.

  1. Refund Process
    Contact our customer service email: jin@qingkongkitchen.com to submit your return request.

After confirming your eligibility for a return, our customer service will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and a return address.

Please pack the goods securely and clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the package.

After receiving and verifying the item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

  1. Shipping Costs
    Return shipping costs due to quality issues or incorrect items will be borne by our company.

For returns due to personal reasons (dislike, wrong purchase, incorrect order, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

  1. Damaged or Defective Goods
    If the item is damaged during transit or has quality issues, please take photos and contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the item.

We will provide you with an exchange or full refund, and will bear the corresponding shipping costs.

    Please be sure to use a trackable courier service to return the item to avoid the risk of loss during transit.

The refund amount will deduct any coupons, points, or gift cards used on the original order (if applicable).
